I’ve been adding more details to the places you visit in Cube World Omega. Village homes now have furniture, from beds and little bedside tables to shelves, vases and places to sit. You can even lie down on a bed for a rest between adventures.

Shopkeepers have new counters, too. Here’s an item vendor with a flower vase on the counter. I’ve kept space around the furniture so you can still reach vendors and move through the rooms.

Castles and towers are getting some attention as well: shelves, barrels, tables and stools make their rooms feel more inhabited. The layouts vary, with storage along the walls and open routes through doors and stairways.

There’s also a new Mage Tower to explore. These towers appear alongside the existing towers and watchtowers. I’ll leave it to you to discover what awaits inside!

Out in the forests, you’ll occasionally come across tree stumps and fallen logs. Here you can see me taking a nap on one of them.

Blacksmith terraces now also have a customization workbench, just like in previous versions of Cube World. Use it to open the voxel editor and your inventory, then click the item you’d like to edit. This replaces opening the editor with the middle mouse button in the inventory.

The update also improves lighting and voxel-editor camera controls, lets the menu cursor leave the game window, and adds a monitor selector to the launcher. You can find the full list in the 0.1.5 patch notes.

Thanks for playing and sharing your feedback!
